A current sports qualifying physical exam must be on file in the Activities Office to complete the registration.

Physicals are not transferred from the middle schools to the athletic department.

1. Add your sport to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Select your STUDENT'S NAME from the drop down menu. Add them to your account if they are not listed.

4. Complete the red linked forms. Make sure they are being submitted for the correct student. If none are listed, it may be on file already.

5. Click on checkout.

If you are registering multiple students, you must complete the eligibility form for each student.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CREDIT CARD DOES NOT EXPIRE PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SEASON. WE CANNOT REFUND EXPIRED CREDIT CARDS.
