1. Add your activity to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Select your STUDENT'S NAME from the drop down menu. Add them if they are not listed.

4. Complete the red linked forms. Make sure they are being submitted for the correct student.

5. You must complete the checkout process for your forms to be submitted.
