Most school activities require a fee. Participants pay a separate fee for EACH activity in which they participate. If a fee is required for your activity, make sure you are going to participate before paying the fee as there is a charge for any refunds.
No activity fees are required to enroll in a choir, band, or orchestra that meets during the school day.
A single eligibility form has been designed to cover activities, athletics, and the fine arts. For example, football, choir, drama club, and NHS will all covered by this one form, BUT ONLY IF you complete all items on the form's checklist including those questions regarding student health and concussions. This information is required of all students, including those in non-athletic activities and the fine arts, even is such concerns seem unlikely. Please answer all of the checklist questions. By doing so, you will only have to complete one eligibility form, which will be valid for all future activity, athletic, and fine arts participation this school year.
Registering Multiple Students
If you are registering multiple students for the same activity, you will need to add the product to your basket two times. Select the student name from the pull-down menu. If you add them as "Quantity 2," they will not be registered properly.
1. Add your activity to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Select your STUDENT'S NAME from the drop down menu. Add them if they are not listed.
4. Complete the red linked forms. Make sure they are being submitted for the correct student.
5. Click on checkout.
If you are registering multiple students, you must complete the eligibility form for each student.
