This payment covers the fee required for the MN DHS background check. This background check must be completed prior to attending Supervised Practical Training (clinicals). The background check will be completed through Wayzata High School and a form requesting necessary information will be sent to families through ParentSquare.

Please ensure that your student has non-expired photo identification (license, permit, or US Passport) as this will be required when they are fingerprinted. The cost of fingerprinting is $10.50 and is paid by the student directly to the fingerprinting site.
