A current sports qualifying physical exam must be on file in the Activities Office to complete the registration.

Physicals are not transferred from the middle schools to the athletic department.

1. Add your sport to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Select your STUDENT'S NAME from the drop down menu. Add them if they are not listed. Please do not register yourself.

4. Complete the red linked forms. Make sure they are being submitted for the correct student.

5. Click on checkout.

If you are registering multiple students, you must complete the eligibility form for each student.
