Dear Families, 

The third grade students will be attending a performance at the Stage's Theatre on October 8, 2025.  

Each class will be allowed 3 parent chaperones. Chaperones will need to purchase tickets for $8.50 and provide their own transportation. Teachers will reach out to families who filled out the Online Background Check and have been approved by the office.

By Monday, September 15 please: 

• Give permission for your child to attend the field trip.
• Pay $8.50 field trip fee.
• Once you receive confirmation from your classroom teacher to be a volunteer, you may then pay for your ticket on EPay.
• If you are in need of a financial scholarship, please call 763-745-5642, our school social worker.
• If you would like to make a donation, please add "Donation" in Student Name box.

 Note:  All fields in the form must be completed before submitting.  If you are unable to submit, please check to see which section of the form needs your attention. Once your registration is complete, you will get a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please return to the site and check to see if it is sitting in your cart and all credit card and billing information is current.
