There is no fee, but you may be asked to submit a form at checkout. 

Form 1. The MSHSL/WHS Athletic and Activities Eligibility Form needs to be submitted once per school year. If you have submitted this online and you are logged in under the same account, you should not have to submit it more than one time.

Form 2: Transportation Waiver

You must complete checkout process to be registered.
