French Field Trip Opportunity
Attention Current and Former WHS French students! The WHS French department is excited to offer this great opportunity to attend the Alliance Française’s annual film festival Festinema on Thursday, April 30th, 2026. Join us for the movie Diverimento in French with English Subtitles at Main Theater and lunch on your own at the Midtown Global Market. We will leave the high school right at 9:00 am (during 1st block) and return about 2:00pm (during 4th block), traveling by school bus. The cost for students is $22.00 (includes the movie ticket and transportation) plus money for lunch on your own. All current and former French students are welcome!
►If your student attends, please know that they are responsible for making up any work missed in their classes (including French class! ). ►We are also looking for parent/guardian chaperones. All chaperones must have a background check on file with WPS or submit one  by April 9th. - please email Ms. Berg at carrie.berg@wayzataschools.org if you are interested. ►We can only take 45 students so first come first served! Pay on ePay (Search for “French Film Field Trip”) by Wednesday, April 22nd or until all spots are filled! ►WHS school ID will be required to get on the bus. ►Questions?
