Students in Intermediate Spanish Classes 4, 5 and AP Spanish are invited to join us in a day of culmination for our units on art, beauty and/or politics.  We have space for 45 students to attend this trip.  We will begin by visiting the Minneapolis Institute of Art for a guided tour and will culminate our day with a trip to a site of interest where students can engage with Spanish speaking culture in Mercado Central (http://mimercadocentral.com/) in Minneapolis.

This field trip will leave WHS at the Trojan Head at 09:45 am and will arrive back to school at 2:45 pm. We hope that your student is  able to join us! Students should plan to bring money to eat lunch at the Mercado Central at a restaurant of their choice and could also bring along a bagged lunch if they wish.

We would be looking for 1-2 additional parents/adults who would be willing to join us on this field trip and a simple form will be necessary for our paperwork at WHS.  Please see me with any questions.  You would have the option to take the bus and join us at the Minneapolis Institute of Art for our 10:30 tour and we would love it if you would join us at Mercado Central as well (that is optional).
