The 2025 Grand Concours or National French Contest is an achievement exam in vocabulary, structure, listening and reading comprehension offered through the American Association of Teachers of French. The exam will be given at Wayzata High School on March 6, 2025 during block 3, but after first lunch.

All students who have completed a French course by the test date are eligible to take the exam at the last level they've completed.

Participants will be recognized for their performance and they can compare their French knowledge to other French students in Minnesota and throughout the United States. Another benefit for students is to practice taking a standardized test, similar to an AP exam. Questions? Contact Madame Stringer
