Gleason Lake 1st grade classes will participate in two Spring events.

On Wednesday, May 8, we will visit the Children's Theatre to see A Year with Frog and Toad.

Frog and Toad are best friends who embark upon a year's worth of adventures and joyful song-singing. Join them as they go swimming, rake leaves, and send letters via a real live Snail with the Mail.

On Monday, May 13, the Sunflower Supreme Plantmobile will visit us at school.

This event is a way for students to celebrate spring with hands-on plant science, using sunflowers as a way to explore plant parts, pollination, life cycles, and the incredible diversity that is possible in nature!

Please make a Spring Events selection of Children's Threatre & Plantmobile if your child will attend both events. There is a $20.00 fee for attending both events. If your child is unable to attend both events, select the event they will attend. There is a $12.00 fee for only the Children's Theatre, and an $8.00 fee for only the Plantmobile.

Scholarships are available, please contact your child's classroom teacher.

Chaperone interest is being collected for the Children's Theatre event. Our Plantmobile visit does not require chaperones. If you are selected to chaperone, you are required to have a background check on file with the school.
