4th Grade Field Trip to the Bell Museum

Field Trip Date:  April 29, 2026

Fee and Lunch Choice Due:  March 23, 2026

If you are requesting a scholarship for your student, please fill out this Scholarship Request Form only.  It will also be in your teacher communication.

Buses will leave school at 9:15 am and return at 1:30 pm.

Lunch:  Students may bring a lunch and beverage from home in a disposable container.  Students may also choose a school lunch.  Selections will be made on EPay/Scholarship form.  

Chaperones:  Chaperones will be notified by teachers from their list of pre-approved volunteers that was collected at the beginning of the school year.  If more chaperones are needed, teachers will reach out accordingly.  Please do not reach out to teachers or the office for individual requests.  

Chaperone Payment:  Once you have been confirmed as a chaperone, you will make your payment, if needed, via this link as well.  Instead of "student name" you will enter your name in this box and then the classroom teacher.

If you would like to donate admission payment for another student  simply add another "student" to your cart.   Please use "Donation" as the students first name and "Donation" as the student's last name.
