2nd Grade Minnesota History Center Field Trip

Fee and Lunch Choice Due:  December 3, 2025

Field Trip Date:  December 17, 2025

If you are requesting a scholarship for your student, please fill out this Scholarship Request Form only.  It will also be in your teacher communication.

Students will leave school at 9:15 am and return at 1:45 pm.

Lunch Options:  Students may either bring a fully disposable lunch from home or select a school lunch.  Please be sure to fill out the section regarding the type of lunch your student will have for the field trip day.  No peanuts or tree nuts!

 Chaperones:  Chaperones will be notified by teachers from their list of pre-approved volunteers that were collected at the beginning of the school year.  If more chaperones are needed, teachers will reach out accordingly.  Please do not send individual requests to teachers or the office. 

Payment Questions: Once your payment has posted, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this email, please go back into EPay and check your Account Settings.  You are required to have an EPay account and are not able to "check out as a guest".

If you would like to donate admission payment for another student simply add another "student" to your cart.  Please use "Donation" as the student's first name and "Donation" as the student's last name.
