You must register for the Volunteer Club through the Epay system. You will be asked to submit two forms at checkout. Form 1 may already be on file for athletics or another activity.

Form 1. The MSHSL/WHS Athletic and Activities Eligibility Form needs to be submitted once per school year. If you have submitted this online and you are logged in under the same account, you should not have to submit it more than one time.

Form 2. The Volunteer Club registration form will also need to be submitted to complete the registration.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Select your STUDENT'S NAME from the drop down menu. Add them if they are not listed. If you do not select the name of your student, they will not be considered registered. Please make sure you are selecting the name of your student. Not your name. Do not leave it blank.

4. Complete the red linked forms. Make sure they are being submitted for the correct student.

5. Complete the checkout process.
