Description:  To be a member of the Wayzata Student Council Senate or House, you must complete the registration for this activity through the Epay system.  There is no fee to participate, but you will be asked to submit two forms at checkout.  

Form 1: The MSHSL/WHS Athletic and Activities Eligibility Form needs to be submitted once per school year. If you have submitted this online and you are logged in under the same account, you should not have to submit it more than one time.

Form 2: Student Council Membership and Parent Permission Form.

You must complete checkout process to be registered. If you already have form 1 on file from this school year, you need to be logged in to that account when submitting.
