Plymouth Creek 3rd Graders are heading to the Science Museum of MN on Friday, December 5, 2025!

If you are interested in chaperoning this trip, please indicate so on the ePay form and make sure to enter the name of the chaperone in the Parent/Guardian text box. Chaperones will need to drive themselves to the Science Museum. There is a parking lot next to the museum and parking costs an additional $15.00. Please plan to meet us at the museum for our 10:00am arrival.  We will leave the museum at 1:15pm. to return to school by 1:45pm.

Students and parent chaperones will need to bring a disposable lunch and drink OR order a school lunch using this form. There will not be an opportunity to purchase snacks or food at the museum. 

Payment and permission are due no later than Friday, November 14.

The cost of this trip will be $12.00 for museum admission and transportation for students, and $10.00 for chaperones.
