-After the play, we will have an indoor picnic lunch at the theater. All students must either bring a bag lunch from home or choose one of the options listed for getting a bag lunch from Culinary Express. All bag lunches from Culinary Express must be preordered, so please be sure to indicate now if you'd like this option for your child.
-Thanks to our PTO and school wide fundraising efforts this Fall, only $5.00 is needed to cover the cost of your child's theater ticket and bus expenses. Scholarships are available upon request via this google form.
-Each classroom will have 1 parent chaperone join us! Chaperones must have the background check for volunteers completed prior to the field trip date. Chaperones do not need to pay, but will need to drive themselves to/from Children's Theatre (2400 3rd Avenue South Minneapolis, MN 55404) and will need to be able to meet us at 9:45 in the theater lobby and stay with us until we depart the theater at 1:15. Each class will have a drawing for their 1 chaperone and teachers will notify those entering the volunteer drawing by Tuesday, May 5th.
Please complete the permission, payment and lunch choice by Friday, May 1st.
