Have you completed the one-time participation form and paid the $25 fee?
If not, please do that first before continuing.

✅ The form and $25 fee only need to be completed once per school year and cover all intramurals.

Students will follow a pre-set workout plan and learn the basics of proper lifting technique.

Open to 7th and 8th Graders, and any 6th graders that have already taken the last session,  Weight Lifting 101.  Please wear closed toed shoes.
